What is a reciprocal link?

A "Reciprocal Link", or "Swapping Links" as it is sometimes known as, is basically two sites exchanging links to one another. It is one of the most effective, low cost means of generating traffic for your website on the internet. Not only do you get traffic from the sites that feature your link, but it increases your site's "link popularity" in the search engines, potentially increasing your ranking in the search results and increasing your traffic from the Search Engines as well.

How does the 100Candles.com reciprocal link system work?

1) You inform us where you will place our link on your site. (Our team will review your page to check it's Google Page Rank and see that the link is there and meets our guidelines.)
2) After approval, our automatic system will place your link on our Links Page. (Please note: Our system checks for the link daily at random times to verify that the link is still there. If the link is removed, the system will remove your link from our site.)

Where should I post the 100Candles.com reciprocal link on my site?

You must link back to us from a page on your site with a Google Page Rank of at least 2. If you do not know what the rank of your page is, please email us the URL to affiliates@100Candles.com and we will let you know what it is.

Does 100Candles.com supply links for me to use on my site?

You can choose any one of the variety of links offered from our HTML Codes Page.
Or, you can create your own direct link with our description. (Flash, Java, or Javascript links are not acceptable.)

Where will 100Candles.com place my link and what will it look like?

100Candles.com will place your reciprocal link on our Links Page. Our link page is a Google PR-5 page (which means, that according to Google, it is a high quality page). You will be able to supply us with a title and a description of your site for your link. We are placing a high quality link to your site and all we ask in return is that you do the same!
