I was so impressed with how your sales rep handled my call yesterday. When I called, I was upset and yelling, but the gentleman that was helping me was so nice. He never got mad back and was only focused on how to resolve my problem. Turns out that the order was shipped out same day and we apparently forgot to include our unit number. Rafi contacted UPS and corrected the issue and now our package has been delivered!
