These rhinestone wraps are made of plastic shaped rhinestone dimples. They resemble the look of real rhinestones. You can cut them to any length or width you desire and accent your candle holders or anything you want.
Most common method to apply these is either hot glue or sticky wax. We sell sticky wax.
