Part 2, The Setup:

I received the replacement for the votive glass today and wanted to say thanks. I do appreciate how easy it was and the replacement is in perfect condition. I will recommend my friends and family to the website!

I received my candle snuffer and candle wax remover today (12/15) via UPS front door delivery, and just wanted to say thank you for the fast service! Also, I'm glad to have picked the blue flowered snuffer, as it is actually much more beautiful than as shown in the photo.

Part 1, The Setup:

I just wanted to let you know that I received my package today and everything is perfect. I wanted to apologize for being rude when I called on the phone. My wedding is less than a week away and my Mother In Law waited for the last minute to order my candles. Anyways, I was frantic and scared that they would not arrive in time and I have always wanted my special day to be perfect.

I was so impressed with how your sales rep handled my call yesterday. When I called, I was upset and yelling, but the gentleman that was helping me was so nice. He never got mad back and was only focused on how to resolve my problem. Turns out that the order was shipped out same day and we apparently forgot to include our unit number. Rafi contacted UPS and corrected the issue and now our package has been delivered!

I wanted to apologize for yesterday, I am normally a very relaxed person, but I admit I have been a bit stressed out lately. I will recommend your site to all of my friends and family!

It is nice to see a company that still believes in taking care of the customer, it was a pleasure dealing with you!
